Starboard operates as a curated watch boutique and fulfills orders through third-party brands and authorized suppliers. Because of this fulfillment model, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
Starboard does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after processing has begun.
Shipping Responsibility and Address Accuracy
Starboard does not directly handle shipping or delivery. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers or partner brands.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including name, address, and contact details, is entered correctly at checkout. Starboard is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been submitted, Starboard cannot change or correct shipping details.
